Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed in our facilities.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Guests can use the large bathhouse (natural hot spring open-air baths) at Uminochou. To use the baths, we ask you to pay a separate fee of 150 yen at the front desk.
Shower booths are available on the private beach. -
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the facilities.

Please take the free shuttle bus that runs from and to Kintetsu Toba Station.

If the guest is a high school student or younger, we require written consent to stay at the hotel from a parent or guardian.

Swimming is only allowed during the summer months.

Tropicana serves a variety of simple snacks.

Only guests who have booked one of our meal-included plans can borrow condiments and sauces.

No, you are not allowed to bring in any fire items (except for fireworks).
If you want to grill your own food, you must rent a grill stand for 5,500 yen (tax included). -

About the facility

Our full-time staff is available until 10:00 p.m. at the main building.
In the nearby Uminochou, the staff is on call 24 hours a day. -

We sincerely apologize, but our facilities are not barrier-free.

Yes, you can. Please keep in mind that the private beach is only open during the summer season.

Parking is free for our guests.

Yes, the garden pools are open to overnight guests.
* The pool is open from the beginning of July to the end of August. -
Fireworks are permitted in designated areas. Fireworks are also available for sale at Tropicana.

We can provide transportation during the times listed below.
From Kintetsu Toba station to Glampocean Iseshima.

About Rooms

We do not accept specific room requests, but you can choose from Grand Deck or Seaside Deck.

There are no toilets and wash basins inside the dome, but there are toilets, wash basins, and shower rooms near the gate.

Smoking is prohibited in the room. Please smoke in designated areas.

Sleepwear is not provided. Please bring your own.

About meals

For Seaside Deck accommodations, dinner will be served in the barbecue area next to the domes.
In case of bad weather, dinner will be served in the Seaside Cabin.
For Grand Deck accommodations, a barbecue area is available beneath each dome. -
Western breakfast is served in the domes.
Japanese breakfast is served in the breakfast room of Uminochou. -
Tropicana also serves light meals.

Our portions are generous, but you are welcome to bring your favorite foods.

About reservations and cancellations

If you cancel up to three days before your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the room rate.
If you cancel on the day of your stay, you will be charged 50% of the room rate.
In case of a no-show without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. -
Because the safety of our guests is our top priority, the facility may remain closed in the event of a typhoon or severe weather. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
